Popular Q&A's

What happens if I'm running late for my appointment?

If you are running late for your appointment please text or call me as soon as possible. Late arrivals will result in shortened services and will be charged full price. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will be cancelled and charged 100% of treatment price.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I respectfully ask that you give me a minimum 12 hour notice. You will be billed for for any missed appointments. Fees may be waived in case of an emergency or sickness if I am properly notified.

When should I arrive to my appointment?

I ask all clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early to their appointments. This gives us time to fill out all necessary health waivers, answer any questions you may have and for me to learn what you expect from the booked treatment.

Please do not arrive any more than 10 minutes early as I may be finishing up with another client and do not have a receptionist or waiting area.

Can I book a service if I'm underage?

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to their first scheduled appointment where a waiver will be filled out allowing the underage client to attend to future appointments. If you arrive to your appointment without a guardian or proper forums signed, your appointment will be cancelled.

Can I wear makeup to my appointment?

I kindly ask that you arrive for any facial, spray tan or lash lifappointments with no makeup on. Less makeup removal means more treatment time! Lash tint or lash lift clients should avoid wearing mascara (especially waterproof mascara) or curling lashes 48 hours prior to their appointment. If you must wear makeup, please use an oil free makeup remover.

Please note: Lash clients will be asked to remove contact lenses to prevent irritation or infection in case product comes in contact with eyes.

Why am I breaking out after my facial?

You may experience break outs the day or two after your facial. During your facial, the skin is stimulated and all impurities may come to the surface. This is completely normal and will clear up quickly. Make sure to book your facial 3-5 days before special events.

Can I shower before my appointment?

Please do! Many treatments will require you not to shower for 24-48 hours after or may require you to exfoliate the skin before arriving to your appointment. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have!

Will my spray tan stain my clothes or sheets?

During the first 12 hours after your spray tan, the bronzer may slightly rub off on lighter clothing and sheets. Being a natural sugar based solution, it will wash out very easily.

How long does a spray tan last?

Your tan can last between 5-10 days, depending on how well you maintain it. Listen to all advice your artist gives you and make sure to keep skin well moisturized. Ask us about our face and body lotion extenders at your appointment. These extenders will help you extend your tan past 10 days.
